Parental Involvement

Friends of Poplars Farm

Friends of Poplars Farm (PTA) is a group of parents who plan and organise school events such as ‘World Breakfast’ and ‘Community Picnic’ to help raise money for the school. Money raised is spent on fun things for the children of Poplars Farm Primary School; the PTA paid for the climbing wall in the main playground, developments to the community room, a subscription to a learning comic which resulted in all pupils in Key Stage 2 receiving their own copy to keep. The weekly Toast Friday event is hugely popular and reflects the ongoing commitment from our dedicated team of parents.

Any parent is welcome to join the PTA. If you are interested in becoming involved please do not hesitate to come along to a meeting, speak with a member of the PTA or contact the school office.
