Arts Provision at Poplars Farm Primary

At Poplars Farm we are very fortunate to have a separate building for arts provision. This includes a stage for performance and debate and a bespoke area for the teaching of visual art, music and instrument tuition. We are very excited about utilising this space and offering it to the wider community, once we are out of Covid-19 restrictions.

"Learning in and about the arts is essential to intellectual development. The arts illustrate the diversity of intelligence and provide practical ways of promoting it. To understand the experience of other cultures, we need to engage with their music, visual art, dance and verbal and performing arts. Engaging with the arts of others is the most vibrant way of seeing and feeling the world as they do.’’ Robinson (2015)
