Poplars Farm Primary School

Polars Farm is a member of the GMT cluster (Europe and South Africa). We utilise the network to collaborate with partners in Scotland and The Netherlands but we often invite our other international partner schools to join us. For example, in 2022-23 we worked on a Human Rights project called Visual Voices with schools in The Netherlands and Romania and in 2023-24 we invited schools in Lebanon nad Lincolnshire to join us on the Human Rights project called, ' Say it ou, mail it out!'

In 2024-25 we have united to include Moldova and existing partners to focus on animal welfare project entitled 'Voiceless and Vulnerable.' Photos to follow!
